The key to the whole plan was Haruna, and I really want to strangle Rito for his actions I always thought that he was a pathetic wimpy loser, and not worthy of being in a Harem situation.

True love is loving everyone. Hogging the person for yourself isn't love, it's selfishness.
Whatever you say, true love will always be true love, I certainly did not need to neither repeat nor throw myself into an arguing with you.
Well, this series will be determined by the author himself. Whatever the result, there is only one suitable (maybe official or not) way: ending with only one girl. That's how the love, when putting in a harem, is. One will enjoy, others shall suffer...
Well, I prefer him to be with Lala personally. Not saying Haruna is not sweet herself. I feel that Rito was always being a faggot. He could turn down a kiss with Lala so easy but can't confess to anyone without something stupid happening. You guys who don't agree with the Harem plan, I respect your opinion. The fact is, what if the girls can't move on if he chooses one??? Seeing that Rito is the most settled male in the Anime because All the other males (except Ren perhaps) are just disrespectful, lewd or annoying without any speck of charm Rito possesses. Momo wants everyone to be happy, especially herself. If not for Haruna having Rito's heart, It would just be a marriage triangle between the sisters (with or without Nana). I'm not sure Rito would reject his heritage to the throne, how would Gid react again? His priority should be Lala. But he did seem to make up his mind to confess to Lala, Run and Haruna. Lala automatically brings about momo and perhaps Nana anyway. But if the Harem doesn't work, Earth could be doomed again since Lala wants a Harem herself. You would have to dump Lala. Think of why else Gid Kept Lala in Rito's life. Did the Bye-Bye Memory-kun thing just erase Devilukean memory? Then that meeans Lala resumes to running away again since the engagememt is what kept her there. That aside, if it was me, fuck Haruna. Lala is just precious and loving. She would have to decide whether she would want to join my newborn Harem (Lala, Momo, Run and probably Mea). Who is to say Harems are wrong and doesn't involve true love? Nobody is God here. I'm not a Christian, but I know for sure the Bible doesn't shun polygamy since I do some research every now and again when I feel like it. Men had 4-900 wives and concubines at about 1000 bc+. Depending on their wealth though and standard. If a mother can love more than one child, then a man Provide for, Protect, Support emotionally and physically for, maintain intimacy with and yes... provide sexual pleasure for multiple women. But in my book, Lala comes first. And he should probably just stick with Lala, but Lala would throw the Harem plan in his face anyway since the first OVA of the 3rd season reveals It was first LALA's idea. Then again, it seems that Haruna is considering the Harem since She knows she is engaged to him and is constantly pushing Haruna in Rito's eyes. Remember when they kissed accidentally, first, she wanted to tell Lala but told Oshizu-chan instead. That would be an unprovoked act of war in real life telling a woman you kissed her fiance. That means She knew Lala wouldn't give 2 shits about the kiss. In fact, Lala wanted them to kiss at the beginning of that Last episode. All Haruna is afraid is the competition, and Lala is reassuring her constantly that there is no real competition. So either way, Rito is stuck with Lala (Because of Gid), Haruna( First Love) and Run (Rito doesn't want her hurt). He is stuck with the Harem according to what I can see Because Lala will bring Haruna about anyway unreluctantly. But this is just my analysis based on what was released so far and is waiting for the other OVAs or Next season.

Well, all the girls in the series are good ones, so it is fine if Rito chooses one of them.
Personally, only in Grisaia and DxD would I like a harem ending, since it suits the whole story... Grisaia is where a group of "trash" clings together to survive, to heal each other, and DxD is... well, somehow I found harem capable...
That is absolutely right because the final decision was not made by Rito and it ended without decision
