New plan ~Counseling~ is the sixty-fifth chapter of the To Love-Ru Darkness manga series.
Summary[]
A day at school, Mea is watching as Rito is groping Yami' boobs and rubbing her panties in another perverted position. He apologize telling it wasn't on purpose, but Yami simply forms her hair into fists and start to attack him saying she is tired of hearing that excuse. Mea notes that because Rito is being his usual self, Yami can't be honest with her feelings.
Later on, in Rito's room, the boy took Lala's dark matter seasoning under Nemesis request and she tells him to drink it because it might help her to restore the energy lost. Rito then asks her to drink it herself, but Nemesis likes only sweets and start to manipule Rito' body. After drinking the whole bottle, Rito notes that he can stand it better than in the past. Nemesis instead feels heavy pleasure (as she almost faint) and happily describe the feeling of the hot stuff pouring into her through Rito' body. But she add that there wasn't enough dark matter, making it useless and Rito wonders how it is useless given the way she reacted. Nemesis then tells Rito to eat it from time to time and looks directly at a hidden camera Momo has set up. We then jump to Momo herself in her room, watching the camera and commenting about Nemesis' terrible personality as she's is provoking her. Momo thinks that, since Nemesis, she hasn't been able to enjoy her skinship with Rito. She then lays down and strokes her own tail while watching Rito.
The scene switches outside, to an alien bounty hunter called Gachi Mucho who has just landed in search of Yami to collect her bounty. He is then confronted by Mea who was taking a look at newtork from her bounty hunting days and tells him to don't disturb her sister. Meae effortlessy stops a very heavy attack from the bounty hunter and offers him a choice: he can leave or fight her. Scared, the bounty hunter then quickly leaves the planet with an excuse. Mea states that she wishes Yami's love issues could be resolved this easily. She is notices by Mikado and Oshizu, who ask if she fended off a bounty hunter after Yami, which Mea confirms and adds that this is about the fourth time. Mea ask why they are here and Mikado explain they came fron an house call. Oshizu is worried for Mea' arm which she blocked the attack with and Mikado asks here to return with them to the clinic to check her condition and have a chat as she feel connected to her also due of to be Yami' sister.
At the clinic, a checkup reveals no problems with her arm and they talk about Mikado' work to treat extraterrestrials even outside Sainan. Tearju then comes and give Mea coffee with 50 sugars and Mea tells she was surpised then Mikado brought her on Earth. Mikado explain she known Tearju sice school days and remember her first meet with Yami who now is like a niece for her. Mikado then asks if Yami is in love and Mikado realize she heard.The affermation cause Tearju to react strongly splattering her hot coffee onto Oshizu. The girl then freak out and her psychokinesis goes out of control, lifting Mea's, Mikado's and Tearju's tops to open, exposing their breasts. Comparing thier sizes, an unbothered Mea states in her mind that she now understands how Nana is made to feel on a regular basis.
Once everything is back in order, Tearju apologizes to Oshizu. Mikado states that the situation would have been much worse if Rito had been there, which Mea agrees to. Mikado then asks if Yami is in love with Rito and Mea simply responds with "Who knows". Mikado tells Mea that it isn't something to hide and that it is a natural development given their history. Oshizu and Tearju both are now freaking out over this new development and Oshizu thinks about Haruna that has now a new love rival.
Mea then tells them that Yami only refers to him as her target and Rito keeps falling all the time, so there is no progress in their relathionship. Tearju asks what they should to do and Mikado asks if she wants to support Yami's love. Tearju states that she was always too busy with her research to experience those things for herself, so she wants Yami to experience them. Mea then tells Tearju that she can't do anything because she's a clumsy girl and a total novice in love, plus points out how useless she was during Darkness' criss. Oshizu tells Mea to stop but a sadly Tear admit that it's true, but she still wants to help Yami.
Mikado then purpose to do something and Mea asks if just want persude Yami to be more honest with her feelings adding that she already tried. But Mikado instead think its Rito the bigger problem and comes up with a plan to investigate his tendency to fall the way he does. Mikado dubs this condition "Cataplectic Indecency Syndrome" and tells its a provisional name because she don't know if its a disease. Mikado sees many benefits to analyzing his condition, including not ruining the mood should Rito someday want to go to the next base with a girl. So, fix his shameless propensity will help him and even Yami. Tearju is ready to help for Yami' sake and Mikado declare that Rito' counseling can start. Mea seems excited that it has turned into something fun. Meanwhile Rito is dreaming about marshmallow.
