Shocking Birthday is the forty-sixth chapter of To LOVE-Ru.
Plot[]
Rito, Lala, Risa, Mio and Saruyama all go over to Haruna's house for her birthday. Saruyama say to Rito they can enter because he agreed to help the girls to set up for the party. Rito then remembers his last time here was when he was a dog, and gets very flustered. Suddendly Maron licks Lala which reminds him of the dogs skinship with Haruna.
They all wish Haruna a Happy Birthday and start to eat the cake while Rito like how Haruna is enjoying herself. Then Saruyama brings out the popular game "Color Twist" (based on Twister) and Mio explains to Lala what the game is. Saruyama actually is planning to find himself tangled with one of the girls and his target is Lala. But she instead asks Rito and Haruna to play with her while Risa and Mio will spin the roulette. Risa comment its a two player game, but will be interesting and agree while Saruyama is completely ignored. Rito and Haruna all have never played this game before but accept.
The game starts and soon Rito is in a touch position where he can see right up Lala's skirt which makes Rito nervous much to the amusement of Risa and Mio. Next move, Rito's head goes right into Haruna's thigh; Mio and Risa says more he struggle, more he'll get tangled up. Indeed, five minutes later, Rito is in a tight spot; he is stuck tangled between Lala and Haruna. Haruna is worried because Rito' leg is going into her chest. Risa and Mio taunt Rito by making him say "please" to spin the roulette. On the next move, Rito stretches his hand out bumping Haruna even more. Suddenly he grabs and rub Lala's tail which causes her to become very weak and embarassed.
They all fall down and Lala calls Rito a jerk, explaining to him how her tail is so sensitive. Mia and Risa ask about the tail and Lala, carelessly, reveal she is an alien before Rito can stop her. Rito is horrified, wondering how all the others will react and how they will hide it. But, instead, everyone understands easily and Haruna thinks it is cool to have an alien friend which confuses Rito a lot.
